This Self Adhesive Flashing Tape 150mm x 10m gives you the versatility of the 150mm width with the value and coverage of a 10m contractor roll. The 150mm width handles most mid-size detailing: step flashing to walls, skylight and rooflight perimeters, soil and vent pipe collars, gutter repair seams, and conservatory abutments. The 10m length covers long runs without joints and is ideal for trades carrying out multiple repairs or new-build detailing. A thick bituminous adhesive layer bonds instantly to brick, concrete, slate, tile, felt, metal, timber, UPVC, and lead. The aluminium foil facing provides full UV protection and weather resistance while remaining pliable enough to dress into corners and around profiles. Cold-applied with no hot works, it adheres immediately above 5°C and stays flexible without cracking down to -5°C. Cut to length, peel the release film, and press firmly for a permanent watertight seal. A staple roll for roofers, builders, and maintenance teams.
