This Self Adhesive Flashing Tape provides an instant, watertight repair for roofing and general building maintenance. The 225mm x 3m roll features a thick bituminous adhesive layer with an aluminium foil facing, giving excellent adhesion to brick, concrete, metal, felt, lead, glass, and most common building surfaces. The foil top layer is UV resistant and protects the bitumen from weathering, while remaining flexible enough to mould into corners, joints, and uneven profiles. Cold-applied with no naked flame or hot works, it’s ideal for emergency repairs to gutters, downpipes, flashing abutments, skylights, conservatory roofs, sheds, and caravan seams. The high-tack adhesive bonds instantly at temperatures above 5°C and stays flexible down to -5°C without cracking. Simply cut to length, peel off the backing, and press firmly into place. Provides a durable, long-lasting seal that withstands rain, frost, and sun exposure. A must-have for roofers, builders, and DIY maintenance.
