This Self Adhesive Flashing Tape 300mm x 10m is the wide-format, contractor-grade roll for covering large areas and sealing wide detailing in one pass. The 300mm width bridges wide abutments, parapet walls, chimney backs, box gutters, and flat roof splits where narrower tapes would need multiple laps. The 10m length gives excellent coverage for bigger jobs and reduces joints. A thick, aggressive bituminous adhesive layer bonds instantly to brick, concrete, slate, tile, felt, metal, timber, and lead, while the aluminium foil facing provides UV protection and weather resistance. The foil moulds easily to profiles and upstands without splitting. Cold-applied with no flame or specialist equipment, it adheres immediately above 5°C and stays flexible without cracking down to -5°C. Ideal for roofers and builders sealing wide flashing details, re-lining gutters, patching flat roofs, and weatherproofing large penetrations. Cut to length, peel the release film, and press firmly for a permanent watertight seal.
