This Self Adhesive Flashing Tape 225mm x 10m is the trade-size roll for roofers and contractors tackling bigger repairs and new work. The 225mm width is the most popular size for standard step flashing, chimney abutments, parapet walls, and gutter lining, while the 10m length gives 3x the coverage of a 3m roll — ideal for reducing joints and speeding up long runs. The heavy-duty bituminous adhesive provides instant, aggressive adhesion to brick, concrete, slate, tile, felt, metal, timber, UPVC, and lead. A tough aluminium foil top layer gives full UV protection and weathers without cracking, while staying flexible enough to dress into corners, upstands, and profiles. Cold-applied with no hot works required, it bonds immediately above 5°C and remains flexible down to -5°C. Simply cut to length, remove the backing, and press firmly for a permanent watertight seal. Perfect for re-roofs, lead flashing repairs, conservatory abutments, garage roofs, and general building maintenance.
