This Self Adhesive Flashing Tape 100mm x 10m is the trade roll for precision detailing and small repairs where a narrow width is needed. The 100mm format is perfect for sealing glazing bars, rooflight perimeters, soil and vent pipe collars, small step flashing, gutter joints, and hairline cracks in felt or lead. The 10m length gives you 3x the coverage of a 3m roll, making it cost-effective for multiple repairs or long narrow runs. A thick, aggressive bituminous adhesive bonds instantly to brick, concrete, slate, tile, felt, metal, timber, UPVC, glass, and lead. The aluminium foil top layer provides full UV protection and weather resistance while staying flexible enough to mould around awkward profiles without splitting. Cold-applied with no hot works, it adheres immediately above 5°C and remains pliable down to -5°C. Cut to size, peel the release film, and press firmly for a permanent watertight seal.
