This Self Adhesive Flashing Tape 150mm x 3m is a versatile, cold-applied solution for waterproofing and emergency repairs. The 150mm width is ideal for sealing step flashing, window sills, pipe penetrations, gutter joints, and small roof abutments where 225mm is too wide and 100mm is too narrow. The heavy-duty bituminous adhesive bonds aggressively to brick, concrete, slate, tile, felt, metal, UPVC, and existing lead. An aluminium foil top layer provides UV protection and weather resistance while allowing the tape to be moulded around corners and irregular profiles. Cold-applied with no hot works, it bonds instantly above 5°C and stays flexible without cracking down to -5°C. Simply cut to length, remove the release film, and press firmly to achieve a permanent watertight seal. Perfect for roofers, builders, and DIY users for patch repairs on sheds, garages, conservatories, caravans, and domestic roofing details.
