This Self Adhesive Flashing Tape 100mm x 3m is designed for precision repairs and narrow detailing where wider tapes would be wasteful. The 100mm width is perfect for sealing small cracks, glazing bars, rooflight perimeters, soil pipe collars, small step flashing, and gutter seams. The thick bituminous adhesive layer gives instant, high-tack adhesion to brick, concrete, metal, felt, timber, lead, glass, and most roofing materials. A tough aluminium foil facing provides UV protection and weather resistance while allowing the tape to be easily shaped around awkward details and profiles. Cold-applied with no hot works required, it bonds immediately above 5°C and remains flexible without cracking down to -5°C. Just cut to size, peel the backing, and press firmly into place for a long-lasting watertight seal. A cost-effective, go-to roll for roofers, plumbers, and maintenance teams carrying out small repairs on roofs, sheds, caravans, and guttering.
