28mm End Feed Equal Elbow – Copper 90°
This 28mm End Feed Equal Elbow creates a strong 90° change of direction in copper pipework. Manufactured from copper to BS EN 1254-1, it uses the traditional end feed jointing method where solder is applied to the fitting mouth during heating.
Unlike solder ring fittings, end feed fittings have plain internal sockets with no integral solder. This gives installers full control over the amount of solder used and creates a visible fillet of solder around the joint when done correctly — preferred by many professional plumbers for critical systems.
Key Applications:
Widely used on 28mm central heating circuits, boiler primary pipework, hot & cold water mains, and gas installations where permitted. Suitable for temperatures up to 110°C and pressures up to 16 bar with water.
